A complaint was filed against Temporary Judge James Sadigh an attorney with Moghaddami & Sadigh with The Superior Court in Los Angeles California, Judge James Sadigh took away the legal rights for a Glendale California landlord to sue a tenant that had not only stopped paying rent but had systematically destroyed the two story townhouse from top to bottom causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Judge James Sadigh heard the evidence comprising of pictures, documents and agreements, then stated the landlord gets nothing because 'BUYER BEWARE' he should know how tenants are before buying a building.
This ruling had nothing to do with Landlord Tenant law so the landlord proceeded to file complaints against the temporary Judge.
In a response from The Superior Court to the complaint they clearly stated that Pro Tem James Sadigh had told them he had dismissed the landlords claim because the landlord had lost a previous claim two weeks prior, the Judge had tried to cover up his crazy Buyer Beware ruling but dropped him self in it further by stating landlord lost because of a previous case the landlord lost with the defendants.
The landlord had never lost a case previously with the tenants.
The landlord had two weeks prior to the case filed a small claim then the landlord had to dismiss the claim with the clerk 'Without Prejudice' (can sue again under the same cause of action) so the landlord could correct the amounts owed in the small claim.
The Judge tried to tell the Commissioner of Judicial Performance the landlords case was dismissed because he lost a previous case, this was a total lie by Judge James Sadigh, the case was never lost it was filed by the court clerk by the landlord then cancelled by the landlord because it was incorrect then re-filled, the landlord had filed 'without prejudice' meaning he could re-file and re-sue the Judge decided to lie to the Commissioner of Judicial Performance to get out of his obvious ridiculous anti-law ruling 'Buyer Beware'.
The landlord alerted them to the clerical error stating he did not lose a case he cancelled the claim 'without prejudice' so he could re-sue with corrected amounts.
The Superior Court and the Pro Tem Judge James Sadigh now ignore all correspondence from the landlord and have proceeded to cover up the abuse of power by the Pro Tem by ignoring all correspondence by stating they have closed the issue.
This issue is not closed the Temporary Judge has lied by changing his story and the Temporary Judge Department will not respond to the illegal dismissal of the plaintiffs rights to sue in a small claims court
